  1. Do not share your password with anyone.
  2. Your membership gives you the right to use all my graphics. Tube license is INCLUDED in the fee.
  3. IFETIME means lifetime of my website.
  4. Never claim my graphics as your own.
  5. Your email address will be added to my update mailing list. I respect privacy. I will not share/sell your email address.
  6. Always link back to: http://tinydotpixel.com
  7. NO refund.
  8. You MUST have a website and you must add my logo on your page. You will be giving acccess to the member's area once your member logo is online.
 

:: SIGTAGS ::

  1. You can offer my sigtags to your members.
  2. Add text before adding to your site as a preview.
  3. Do not sell nor offer ''as is''.

:: WEBSETS ::

  1. For personnal use only
  2. Do not offer my websets on your website for download
  3. Always keep credit links on pages.
  4. No HTML help will be provided.

:: SPLASH PAGES ::

  1. You may remove the ads logo and add your own text.
  2. You must keep the credit logos on the splash page.
  3. Do NOT resale nor give away.
  4. Do NOT make other graphics with this page.
  5. For personnal use only.
  6. No HTML help will be provided

:: LINEARTS ::

  1. Do not sell my linearts nor offer them for free on your website, in emails, groups or on CD;
  2. Do not modify my linearts;
  3. ''Mirror effect'' and ''Flip'' are permitted on my linearts;
  4. Once the line arts coloured you may create; sigtag, letters, ecards, adoptions etc for free and for sale;
  5. You may tube your result and sell it;
  6. Do not create tutorial with my lines.

:: DRAFT LINEARTS ::

  1. Do not sell draft linearts nor offer them for free on your website, in emails, groups or on CD;
  2. You must modify the draft linearts;
  3. May NOT be used ''as is''
  4. Once modified, you may offer ''as is'' in pack or in membership's area;
  5. Modified means: Do what ever you want! Delete, add, mix and match etc. Use your creatiity!;
  6. Do not create tutorial with my draft lines.

  1. Do not sell my tubes or offer them for free, on your website, by email, in groups or on CD;
  2. Do not modify my tubes;
  3. No ''as is'' allowed;
  4. Just adding text is not enough! You must add something to the graphics. Be creative :) You may create; sigtag, letters, ecards, adoptions, etc. for free and for sale.
  5. Do not create tutorial with my tubes.

:: TOLE and VECTOR TUBES::

  1. Do not sell my tubes or offer them for free, on your website, by email, in groups or on CD;
  2. Do not modify my tubes;
  3. No ''as is'' allowed;
  4. Just adding text is not enough! You must add something to the graphics. Be creative :) You may create; sigtag, letters, ecards, adoptions, scrapbooking etc. for free and for sale. Do not create tutorial with my tubes;

::INCREDIMAIL ::

  1. Must be used as is.
  2. Do not convert my stats so it can be used in Outlook Express, etc.
  3. For incredimail only.
